Stalfos Skulls are very common treasure found in Spirit Tracks.

Spirit Tracks

Stalfos Skulls can be found randomly scattered across the land of New Hyrule. Link can either sell them for 50 rupees, or use them to customize certain Train Parts for the Spirit Train.
