Fireball-Spitting Torches[1] or Face Lamps[2] are recurring traps in The Legend of Zelda series. Upon first glance, it looks just like a normal brazier, but it shoots fireballs at Link when he enters the room. Often, there is more than one Fireball-Spitting Torch in a room, and they can prove to be quite annoying, especially if Link is fighting enemies at the same time. This enemy is invincible; the only "effective" strategy is simply running away from it as it cannot be harmed.

In some cases, such as in Oracle of Seasons, the Fireball-Spitting Torch is connected to the enemies within the room and will attack Link until all the enemies are defeated. Once Link has done so, the Fireball-Spitting Torch will no longer shoot any fireballs out.
