The Horse Call is an item from Twilight Princess.

"You got the horse call! Ilia made this just for [Epona]. Set it to [Y] or [X] and use it while outside to play [Epona]'s favorite song and call her to you."
The horse call is an item made by Ilia for Link as a gift for his trip to Hyrule Castle. However, in the distraction of Ilia discovering Epona had a minor injury followed by her subsequent kidnapping by bulblins, it was never given to him.
