Stamina Fruit is a small green item found on the ground throughout Skyloft and the surface below. When [[Link]] runs across a stamina fruit, his stamina gauge will immediately fill up, allowing him to run for a longer period of time. Stamina Fruit is a small green item found in Skyward Sword. They can be found everywhere, including on the ground throughout Skyloft and the surface below. When Link runs across a Stamina Fruit, he can collect it to fully replenish his Stamina Gauge. They are very useful; allowing him to run for a longer period of time. Skyward Sword is the only Zelda game that includes the stamina fruit.
