Use Zora Armor to swim up the waterfall. If you are not in possession of the Zora Armor it is possible to aquire, though it requires precision. You must stand at the top of the cliff, jump down to the seed platform, and trigger it without landing on it. Then move yourself to the water and drown without touching the land. If everything has been done correctly you should respawn at your last grounded position (top of the cliff) and be able to easily jump down and collect the Korok.
Use Magnesis to lift the chained metal boulder into the center of the stone pillars.
Tears of the Kingdom
Riola Spring can be found at the northern peak of Lake Floria. Just behind the waterfall is the south entrance to the expansive Mount Floria Cave.
Korok Seeds
- Near the center of the spring, there are four small pillars with a large rock in the middle. Use Ultrahand to move the rock and lift the small rock underneath to get the Korok Seed.
- Behind the waterfall, at the entrance to the Mount Floria Cave, there is a pile of leaves. Slash at them and lift the rock to get the Korok Seed.
