Bottom of the Well is the name of a number of locations in Echoes of Wisdom.
Echoes of Wisdom
Suthorn Village
Zelda is able to drop down the well and fall into some shallow water to enter the well to enter the bottom of the well in Suthorn Village, at the south end of Hyrule.
Inside the well there are some pots, wooden boxes, as well as a Treasure Chest containing five jars of Floral Nectar. There are some Refreshing Grapes found within the pots. There is also an Old Bed found within the well.
Kakariko Village
Zelda must use bind to remove the cover on the well in Kakariko Village to access the bottom of it. It contains a treasure chest with three bunches of Refreshing Grapes.
Hyrule Castle Town
The bottom of the well in Hyrule Castle Town is essential for the Still Missing Main Quest, as it contains the entrance to the Stilled Hyrule Castle Town rift; plus a soldier who was napping down there when the rift engulfed Hyrule Castle.
Under normal circumstances, it is linked to the soldiers' barracks.
