A Goron's Grief

A Goron's Grief is a Bombers' Notebook quest in Majora's Mask.

The Elder's Son is Sleepy

After learning the Lullaby Intro from the Goron Elder, Link can enter the Goron Shrine and play it for the Goron Elder's Son. This will cause the young Goron to teach Link the full Goron Lullaby, which will put the young Goron to sleep. This also causes the two torches in the chamber to light up.

Light the Torches

Link can break the pots in the room here to get a Deku Stick. Use the flame from the torch, Link can light a Deku Stick and then walk around the rest of the Goron Shrine and light all of the Torches. Link will need to do this quickly as the torches will go out after a period of time. After all of the torches have been lit, the chandelier in the center of the shrine will begin to spin.

Find the Rock Sirloin

As Goron Link, Link can roll from the Goron Elder's Son's chamber, into the main part of the shrine. As he picks up speed, he can use the ramp to launch himself up and break the chandelier. Goron Link can repeat this process to break the various large pots, one of which will cause a Rock Sirloin to drop down.

Feed the Hungry Goron

Goron Link can then pick up the sirlion and exit the shrine. He'll need to walk through Goron Village, back through the Road to Goron Village, and arrive all the way at Mountain Village. On a ledge here, there is a Hungry Goron. Link can toss the sirlion up to the Goron. After he chomps down on it, he'll drop down and reward Link with the Don Gero's Mask.
