Finding the Flying Plant is a Side Quest in Echoes of Wisdom.

After completing the Suthorn Ruins, Zelda can venture to the Gerudo Desert at the southwest part of Hyrule.

At the Oasis within the Gerudo Desert, Zelda can speak with Tormali, the Gerudo guard tasked with guarding the Oasis.
She is looking for a flying tile, but can't seem to find one anywhere within the Gerudo Desert.
Zelda can learn the Flying Tile Echo while traveling through the Gerudo Sanctum.
Return to the Oasis and show a Flying Tile to Tormali. Tormali will be reward Zelda with 50 Rupees.

Step	Description
1	Tormali, a Gerudo who guards the oasis, is looking for a flying tile, as requested by her boss. They are located in an area that isn't easy to access.
Complete	You showed Tormali a flying tile! She expressed her gratitude. She can now contribute to the research her boss, whome she admires, is committed to.
