The Guards' Chamber can be found beneath the First Gatehouse in the outer portion of Hyrule Castle. Just eats of the chamber itself, up some steps, there is a small room with a gate at the bottom. Link can use Ultrahand to pull up this gate to find one of the entrances to the Royal Hidden Passage.
The Chamber itself is partially covered in Gloom with some weapons surrounding the area, including a Traveler's Spear, Traveler's Claymore, Soldier's Claymore, and a Soldier's Bow. There are a pair of Black Bokoblin in the chamber.
At the west end of the chamber, up some broken steps, there is a chest here that contains the Royal Guard Uniform.
