Instructor Rubeo is a character that appears in Age of Calamity.
Age of Calamity
"Is it training you're after? Just fill out this waiver absolving us of any liability... Oh, and a small fee!"
Rubeo is the subject of the quest Entrance Test. In it, he demands proof that the player has beaten a large number of monsters before allowing them to use the Military Training Camp. On being given 200 Bokoblin Trophies, 50 Lizalfos Trophies and five Moblin Trophies, he accepts their prowess and promises to accept them as trainees.
He demands the player's character sign a liability waiver before allowing them to train, and a number of rupees which increases with the amount of EXP required to gain a level in the Training Camp.
