Withered Hand Symbol - TOTK.png This Tears of the Kingdom article (Need data breakdown on how long one ice fruit gives an effect etc) is a stub. You can help the Zelda Dungeon Wiki by expanding it.

Biting is an effect that is applied to food in Tears of the Kingdom.

Tears of the Kingdom

"Grants a [x]-level attack enhancement in cold places."

— In-game description

Biting meals are created when Link cooks Ice Fruit in a Cooking Pot as part of a meal (with no conflicting effects). There is no "Biting Elixir".

Biting meals & elixirs give Link a temporary Cold Weather Attack effect; similar to Attack Up, this increases the damage he deals to enemies for the duration, but unlike Attack Up, it applies only in cold areas. It does not include Cold Resistance.
