This Tears of the Kingdom article (Need data breakdown on how long one Shock Fruit gives an effect etc) is a stub. You can help the Zelda Dungeon Wiki by expanding it.

Stormy is an effect that is applied to food in Tears of the Kingdom.

Tears of the Kingdom

"Grants a [x]-level enhancement during thunderstorms."

— In-game description

Stormy meals are created when Link cooks Shock Fruit in a Cooking Pot as part of a meal (with no conflicting effects). There is no "Stormy Elixir".

Stormy meals & elixirs give Link a temporary Stormy Weather Attack effect; similar to Attack Up, this increases the damage he deals to enemies for the duration, but unlike Attack Up, it applies only in thunderstorms. It does not include Shock Resistance.
