Big Twin Bridge

Big Twin Bridge is a location in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

The bridge is located south of the Dueling Peaks Stable. While most of the bridged is damned up with rocks and boulders, and part of the bridge has broken apart, it can still be used and water freely flows beneath it. The bridge crosses over the Squabble River. The wandering merchant Mezer will regularly cross the bridge as he travels to and from the Dueling Peaks Stable.

On the east side of the bridge, there is a large stone slab that can be moved using Stasis. Underneath it there is a treasure chest that contains an Opal gem. In Master Mode, there is a sky platform held up by Sky Octoroks that has a pair of Blue Bokoblin on it. There is a treasure chest on the platform that holds a Soldier's Spear.

As part of the Misko, the Great Bandit side quest, Domidak will give a hint where he references the Big Twin Bridge and the Little Twin Bridge. The hint refers to the bridges as the little twin steps over the little river. After crossing the two bridges, Link can then head south to the river's source where he will find Misko's treasure.[1]

In and around the river, Link can find some Hot-Footed Frogs, Hyrule Bass, and Mighty Carp. A Mountain Goat can be found just south of the bridge, and there are also some Hightail Lizards in the area.

  • Note: Bear in mind that, despite of how it may appear at first glance, Link cannot dive into the river from the wooden watchtower that's next to the bridge. The watchtower is too far from the river, causing Link to dive straight to the ground. Adding insult to injury, Link's animation while falling will assume the diving position, despite being impossible to fall straight into the river.

Tears of the Kingdom

The Big Twin Bridge has become completely impassible due to a large chunk of sky debris which landed right in the center of it.

Just south of the bridge, there is a small camp with a Bokoblin and Blue Bokoblin. At the top of the structure, there is a wooden chest that contains five Arrows.

Korok Seed

  • Just north of the bridge, there is a pond. In the deeper water, there is a cork with one end sticking out. Grab it with Ultrahand and stick it deeper underwater to knock the cork off, and get the Korok Seed.

  1. The little twin steps over the little river. My cave rests above that river's source. Misko hid the location of the treasure in some kind of strange secret code. I heard this from a former dog walker of one of Misko's underling's descendant's neighbors. As solid a lead as any. - Domidak
