June 23, The Skyward Sword Link amiibo is a character figurine which was made available on June 23rd, 2017.
Functionality
The Skyward Sword Link amiibo has functionality in various Legend of Zelda titles.
- Breath of the Wild - using this amiibo will cause crates to appear, usually containing rupees or arrow bundles. Chests will also appear, and generally feature one-handed swords or shields. Occasionally, a chest will drop that contains Skyward Sword-related amiibo-exclusive items - either a piece of the Hero of the Sky Set (Cap of the Sky, Tunic of the Sky, and Trousers of the Sky), or a Goddess Sword.
- Link's Awakening - using this amiibo will unlock one of five amiibo exclusive Chamber Dungeon chambers.
- The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD - using this amiibo will grant a refill of arrows, once per day.
