Dragonhead Island is a sky island from Tears of the Kingdom.

Tears of the Kingdom

Dragonhead Island sits at the head of the Thunderhead Isles. Until cleared as part of the Secret of the Ring Ruins is completed, dense cloud covers the island, making navigation difficult. It contains Joku-u Shrine; as well as a replica of Mineru's mask, which begins the Guidance from Ages Past Main Quest.

The Device Dispenser is at (1391, -3239, 0417), in the northern part of the island.
