The Sage of Fire is a Goron in Tears of the Kingdom.

Tears of the Kingdom

The Sage of Fire served Rauru in The Imprisoning War, accepting a Secret Stone to that end, fighting wearing a Vah Rudania Divine Helm. Many, many centuries later, his spirit summoned his descendent Yunobo to the Fire Temple in an attempt to pass on his Secret Stone, but could not do so until Marbled Gohma was defeated. With this done, he anointed Yunobo as the new Sage of Fire, giving him the Secret Stone.
