The Trousers of the Sky are an amiibo exclusive item from Breath of the Wild and a findable item in Tears of the Kingdom. They are styled after the tunic of the Knight's Uniform worn by Skyward Sword Link.
Breath of the Wild
The Trousers of the Sky have a base defense of 3, and can be obtained by scanning the Link (Skyward Sword) amiibo, through the use of the amiibo Rune. Scanning the amiibo will drop various items from the sky, along with a treasure chest, which has a chance of containing the Trousers of the Sky, but can also contain different items. The amiibo can only be scanned once per day.
Armor Set
The Hero of the Sky Set (also including Cap of the Sky and Tunic of the Sky) offers the Master Sword Beam Up bonus.
Enhance Path
Enhancing armor requires that Link has unlocked as many Great Fairy Fountains as the desired star-level.

The Trousers of the Sky can be found in Crenel Canyon Mine at (1165, 0426, -0580).
Once found, if sold they can be repurchased from a Depths Bargainer Statue for 400 Poes, or from Cece in Ventest Clothing Boutique after the completion of The Mayoral Election side adventure for 4000 rupees.
Enhance Path
Enhancing armor requires as many Great Fairy Fountains as the desired star-level to be unlocked.
