"Grants a low-level glow effect, illuminating your immediate surroundings. Make this by heating up some milk. Drink it before bed to ensure a good night's sleep."
— Tears of the Kingdom In-Game Description
Bright Milk is a piece of food in Tears of the Kingdom. When drunk, Bright Milk grants a temporary glowing effect, in addition to restoring a variable number of hearts. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.
It can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using a Brightcap or Glowing Cave Fish along with some Fresh Milk. Adding in an additional ingredient with a conflicting effect will cancel out the Bright effect and produce something such as Mushroom Skewer instead. There is no benefit to canceling out effects in this manner.
