Tilt the Wiimote to glide and control your fall. You want to avoid the "Dodoh Balls" and go through all of the rings. If you land on the multi-colored panel, you'll win 50 Rupees (times your multiplier). The first time you do this successfully, you'll also win a Piece of Heart.

A suggestion is to watch the panels when you go through the last ring. Whatever their positions are, they will be 2/3 of a turn to that same position when you land. Skyward Sword features 24 Heart Pieces scattered across the land and sky, offering 6 additional Heart Containers to Link's total health. This, combined with the 6 starting hearts and the 6 Heart Containers acquired from various bosses, allows Link to have 18 hearts. To reach the full 20 hearts, Link must carry both Life Medals in his Adventure Pouch.
