Item Catch is a musical track from Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask.
Ocarina of Time
The theme plays whenever Link is opening a large treasure chest that holds a valuable item. It is first heard in the Kokiri Forest, after Link opens the treasure chest to acquire the Kokiri Sword. The track also plays when Link acquires loose items for the first time, such as a Deku Stick. The song appears as Track 08 of the Ocarina of Time Original Soundtrack, with a duration of 0:05.
Majora's Mask
The track is identical to its Ocarina of Time counterpart. The track plays whenever Link picks up a loose item for the first time or gets an item from a large treasure chest. Early on, it is played when Link collects the Moon's Tear near the Astral Observatory. The song appears as track 39 of the Majora's Mask Original Soundtrack, with a duration of 0:06.
