"Grants low-level heat resistance. Fresh seafood delightfully accented with a generous serving of Hateno cheese."

Tears of the Kingdom In-Game Description

Chilly Cheesy Baked Fish is a piece of food found in Tears of the Kingdom. When eaten, Chilly Cheesy Baked Fish grants temporary Heat Resistance, in addition to restoring a variable number of hearts. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.

It can be made in a lit Cooking Pot with a Chillfin Trout and Hateno Cheese. You can alternatively substitute the Chillfin Trout with another "Chilly" ingredient and add a Hyrule Bass, Ancient Arowana, or Sanke Carp. Using ingredients with conflicting effects will cancel out and produce regular Cheesy Baked Fish.
