Pepper Seafood can be made in a [[Cooking Pot]] and requires specific ingredients to make, listed below. If a Spicy Pepper is cooked with a neutral fish, such as a [[Hyrule Bass]] or [[Sanke Carp]], it will make some [[Spicy Pepper Seafood]]. Similarly, if a Spicy Pepper is cooked with a [[Sizzlefin Trout]], it will also make Spicy Pepper Seafood. If it is cooked with any other type of fish, it will make a normal Pepper Seafood meal, as the spicy effect will cross out any other effect.  There is no benefit to cancelling out effects like this.
