"Grants a [x]-level defense boost. The Goron spice used in preparing this crab pairs perfectly with the flavor of its meat."
— In-Game Description
Tough Crab Stir-Fry is a meal in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom, and is a variant of the Crab Stir-Fry. When eaten, Tough Crab Stir-Fry grants a temporary defense boost, in addition to restoring a variable number of hearts. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.
It can be made in a Cooking Pot using an Ironshell Crab along with some Goron Spice. Using ingredients with conflicting effects will cancel out and produce regular Crab Stir-Fry or similar. There is no benefit to canceling effects in this manner.
