Town #1: Clock Tower Entrance is a Hint Photo from Majora's Mask 3D.
Overview
The photo first becomes available shortly after Link has completed the first three day cycle and acquired the Bomber's Notebook.
The photo shows a Piece of Heart near the entrance to the Clock Tower.
Solution
- During the first three day cycle, after Deku Link gets the Town Title Deed and can use the Deku Flower, he can glide over and collect the heart piece.
- If for some reason Link missed that heart piece, once he has learned the Song of Healing and reverted back to Hylian Link, he can simply climb up and collect the piece of heart.
