Majora's Mask in-game description

Link acquires the valuable Gold Dust on winning the Goron Race at the Goron Racetrack. He must have an Empty Bottle to store it in.

To use it, within a three-day cycle, he must:

Given all of the above, he can give the Gold Dust and Razor Sword to Zubora and Gabora, who will take a whole day to reforge it into the Gilded Sword, which does the same damage as the Razor Sword but does not break.

Gold Dust can also be sold should Link have no other use for it. He can take it to Zubora and Gabora for a measly 20 Rupees, or he can head over to the Curiosity Shop to sell it for a whopping 200 Rupees.
