Tears of the Kingdom In-Game Description

Hearty Steamed Tomatoes are a meal found in Tears of the Kingdom. When eaten, Hearty Steamed Tomatoes grants Temporary Hearts, in addition to fully restoring Link's permanent Heart Containers. The amount of temporary hearts depends on the type of hearty ingredient used. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.

Hearty Steamed Tomatoes can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using a Hylian Tomato, any "Hearty" ingredient along with a Hyrule Herb or Korok Frond. If an additional ingredient with a different effect is added, the effects will cancel out and leave the result as plain Steamed Tomatoes or similar once cooked. There is no benefit to cancelling out effects in this manner.
