At the very beginning of the game, Link can find Mittens' Owner, along with his Cat, [[Mittens]], in [[North Horon]]. Mittens' Owner can be found right next to the tree with a [[Megaphone]] in his hand. Mittens and Mittens' Owner both play a role in the [[Oracle of Seasons Trading Sequence|Trading Sequence]]. Link first needs to acquire the Fish from [[Ingo]] in the [[Sunken City]].
