Weapon Bonus is a game mechanic in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom where weapons and shields can have special properties that boost their statistics.

Breath of the Wild

The Weapon Bonus appear on the equipment that is recovered as the World Level of the game increase. The items has two types of bonus, "White bonus" and "Yellow bonus". Both refers to the colour of the icon on the weapon's box in the pause menu. Yellow bonuses are superior to white bonuses, but both vary. Some bonuses are only available for a specific category of equipment or in a specific colour.

Tears of the Kingdom

The Weapons Bonus work in the same way as in Breath of the Wild with some changes.
