This cave is located on Puffer Beach, where the overhang extends over the ground level. Link can look up to find the entrance of the cave. However, it is too high up for Link to use Ascend to reach. Inside, Link can only be entered using a Zonai Devices, or creating a ramp with Palm Tree trunks and then using Ascend.
There are some Rockets just south of the entrance of the cave. One method to access the cave is to use Ultrahand and combine two boulders together. Stand on one of the boulders and place a rocket on the other one. Activate it and ride the boulders up to the cave.
Inside the cave itself, there are a pair of Horriblins on the ceiling. The cave leads to a small room where the Bubbulfrog can be found behind one of the pillars extending down from the ceiling. A treasure chest can be found in this room that holds the Phantom Helmet.
