The Apothecary is a shop in Hyrule Warriors. It can be found in the Bazaar like other shops in the game. Here, materials and Rupees are exchanged for various mixtures. Mixtures provide bonuses that last for one stage. Mixtures are mainly used to find better weapons; however, as more Gold Skulltulas are collected, more mixtures will be added to the Apothecary.
Potions
If an empty bottle badge has been created for one of the Warriors in the Badge Market, a potion can be used during battles. The potion inside changes as more Gold Skulltulas are collected.

---|---|---|

Purple Potion | 2 (3 in definitive edition) | Replenishes 5 hearts and half of a Special Attack gauge segment. |
Blue Potion | 7 (12 in definitive edition) | Replenishes 10 hearts and half of a Special Attack gauge segment. |
Green Potion | 25 (45 in definitive edition) | Replenishes 10 hearts and one Special Attack gauge segment. |
Yellow Potion | 50 (90 in definitive edition) | Replenishes 15 hearts and one and a half Special Attack gauge segments. |
Mixtures
Adding mixtures to potions will provide added bonuses for one battle. Only one mixture can be made per battle.
