The Eldin Great Skeleton is found northwest of Death Mountain and is part of East Deplian Badlands. The skeleton is involved in the side-quest, Leviathan Bones.
Location
The skeleton is North of Goron City, situated at the top of the map.

Burn or bomb the leaves, then pick up the rock.
Tears of the Kingdom
In Tears of the Kingdom, Link is able to collect a Korok Seed, by examining the fairy lights at the tail of the skeleton.
