Typhlo Ruins Skyview Tower is a location in Tears of the Kingdom. It is one of the many Skyview Towers found throughout Hyrule.

Tears of the Kingdom

The Typhlo Ruins Skyview Tower is located in the Thyphlo Ruins north of the Great Hyrule Forest. Whereas the ruins were shrouded in darkness in Breath of the Wild, they are completely visible now.

Activating the Tower

When you first arrive to the tower, there will be a number of floating Zonai platforms floating around the tower, with Soldier Constructs on top of them. Approach the tower and speak to a Rito named Billson at the terminal, who says that the tower isn't functioning but he isn't sure why.

Link can reach the top of the tower, by climbing the stones just to the west of the tower. From there, he can use Ultrahand to grab the Zonai floating platform and bring it down a bit. After defeating the Soldier Construct, Link can use the Rockets on the platform, pointing them upward. After activating them, the platform will launch up into the sky. At the top of the tower, use Ultrahand to move the floating platform away from the tower, clearing the opening just above the tower. Return to the bottom and speak to Billson once more and he will leave, allowing you to activate the tower via the terminal.
