"Legends say these trousers were cherished by a hero who sailed the Great Sea. They're water-resistant, naturally."
The Trousers of the Wind are an amiibo exclusive item from Breath of the Wild and a findable item in Tears of the Kingdom.
Breath of the Wild
The Trousers of the Wind have a base defense of 3, and can be obtained by scanning either the Toon Link (Super Smash Bros) or the Link (The Wind Waker) amiibo, through the use of the amiibo Rune. Scanning the amiibo will drop various items from the sky, along with a treasure chest, which has a chance of containing the Trousers of the Wind, but can also contain different items, such as the Sea-Breeze Boomerang. The amiibo can only be scanned once per day.
Armor Set
The Hero of Winds Set (also including Cap of the Wind and Tunic of the Wind) offers the Master Sword Beam Up bonus.
Enhance Path
Enhancing Armor requires that you have unlocked as many Great Fairy Fountains as the desired star-level.
