Nearby Korok Seeds
Clear the leaves, pick up the rock.
Complete the rock pattern.
Fill the last offering bowl with a spicy pepper.
Pick up the rock.
Race from the seed platform very far to the north. Paraglide and/or surf to the ring. This can be difficult due to the long distance, so speed-enhancing armor/food can help.
