This cave has four entrances. You'll need to use a lower entrance to reach the Bubbulfrog, which is at the base of the spine in the middle, behind destructible rock (2255, 0102, 0053).

Maoikes Shrine can be found near the top of the cave.

You can also rescue Hino on the middle level of the cave.
