"The crispy skin of this fried hearty salmon puts its texture in a class all its own."
— Breath of the Wild In-Game Description
Salmon Meunière is a meal in Breath of the Wild.
Breath of the Wild
Salmon Meunière can be made in a Cooking Pot and requires specific ingredients to make. When Hearty Salmon, Tabantha Wheat, and Goat Butter are cooked together, it will create Hearty Salmon Meunière. A fourth ingredient needs to be added to the meal to offset the Hearty effect and create regular Salmon Meunière. This is unwise, as the nature of Hearty meals means they will always regenerate more hearts than non-Hearty meals, while basic meals have no additional effects to compensate for the difference.
