Breath of the Wild In-Game Description

A Rubber Armor has a base defense of 3 and provides resistance to electric damage. It can either be obtained from a chest found in the Toh Yahsa Shrine. Link will need to complete the Trial of Thunder at the Thundra Plateau in order to access the shrine, but clearance of the shrine is not necessary to obtain the Armor. After Link has acquired the rubber armor, it can be repurchased from Granté in Tarrey Town for 4000 Rupees.

Armor Set

The Rubber Set, which also includes the Rubber Helm and Rubber Tights, gives Link Shock Resistance. When all pieces have been enhanced at least twice, this will make Link invulnerable to lightning strikes.
