The Yiga Fabric is a key item from Tears of the Kingdom.

"Tough fabric bearing a Yiga design. It looks like it could be used to make a paraglider."
To enter the back room of the Yiga Clan hideout, a suspicious Yiga Footsoldier demands the disguised Link complete the Yiga Clan training. When Link talks to the Yiga Blademaster in charge, he allows Link to take the first round of training for free - defeat three Yiga Footsoldiers in less than a minute. When Link does so, he earns the Yiga Fabric as a reward.
It can be applied to Link's paraglider by Sayge at the Kochi Dye Shop for 20 rupees.
