The Boat Oar is a melee weapon found in Breath of the Wild and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.
Breath of the Wild
Boat Oars have a base power of 14, and is typically found in urbanized areas, such as the Hateno Village or Lurelin Village.
Despite the many rafts across Hyrule, Link cannot use a boat oar to power one.
