In order to unlock this shrine, first start the mission “Dyeing to Find It” by speaking to the Steward Construct. Then begin assembling the pillar to mimic that of the symbol found in the gap. This looks like: spinning the pillar until the t-shaped indents face East. Then, insert the first plank into the upper horizontal indent. The second plank goes in the lower vertical indent to the left of the t-shaped side. Once assembled, wait until morning (6am) for the shadow to reveal the shrine.
