A Gold Rupee is a variation of the standard Rupee introduced in Skyward Sword. It is worth 300 Rupees. They can be occasionaly found in the Goddess Chests, activated by hitting Goddess Cubes. These are the most rare rupees in the game, making them worth the most Rupee's.
