Ukouh Shrine, also known as The Ability to Create, is a Shrine of Light from Tears of the Kingdom.

This shrine is found on the Great Sky Island and is the first shrine that Link will encounter. Here he will acquire the Ultrahand ability.

The Ability to Create

• Use Ultrahand on the platform to create a bridge and then run across.
• Then combined two platforms together to create a longer platform. Once again use it as a bridge to get across the gap.
• A treasure chest can be found in the upper corner of this area. Use that same platform we just made as a ramp to reach the chest and collect an Amber gem.
• In the next area we'll need to build a device to attach to the rail. Use the square wooden platform and attach a hook right to the center of it, pointing straight up. Then grab this object and wrap the hook around the rail. Jump on the wooden platform and ride it down.
• Run over to the altar to get the Light of Blessing.
