Blue Boss Bokoblin are larger Overworld bosses that appear in Tears of the Kingdom.

Tears of the Kingdom

A Blue Boss Bokoblin is a much larger Bokoblin, usually serving as a mini-boss who patrols over a Bokoblin Camp. They have significantly more power and health than their smaller Blue Bokoblin counterparts. When defeated, they will drop Boss Bokoblin Fang and Blue Boss Bokoblin Horns.
