Pegasus Seeds are collectible items from Oracle of Seasons, Oracle of Ages, and Four Swords.[1] When used, they increase Link's speed and allows him to jump farther with Roc's Feather or Roc's Cape.
Oracle of Seasons
There are two Pegasus Seed trees in Holodrum. The Pegasus Seeds are found south of Poison Moth's Lair and south of Tarm Ruins. The seeds only grow in Autumn. Pegasus Seeds increase Link's speed. If used along with the Roc's Feather, it will increase the length of how far Link jumps. It will also temporarily stun enemies.
Oracle of Ages

Four Swords

Unlike in previous Zelda titles, when Link acquires the Pegasus Seeds he is automatically using the item and doesn't need to equip it. These seeds are found when cutting Grass and will increase Link's walking speed.[2] Link can acquire two Pegasus Seeds to maximize his walking speed. The effect remains until the end of the stage.
