Rocks are recorring objects that have appeared throughout the The Legend of Zelda series.

Breath of the Wild

In Breath of the Wild, Rocks are found throughout the Overworld. Often times when Link lifts a rock, there is a Korok found underneath it. Rocks are important in collecting many of the Korok Seeds in the world. Often times Link will need to place Rocks in a proper formation, or toss a Rock into a circle of stones in the water in order to get a Korok to appear.

Tears of the Kingdom

In Tears of the Kingdom, Link is able to use his Fuse ability to Fuse a Rock with his Shield.
