Sparks are recurring enemies in The Legend of Zelda series.
A Link to the Past
In A Link to the Past, they are invincible and can only be avoided. The first appears within the Tower of Hera, moving in a circle surrounding the Big Chest that contains the Moon Pearl. They later appear periodically in dungeons throughout the Dark World.
Link's Awakening
In Link's Awakening, the Spark can be defeated by either sprinkling some Magic Powder or by using the Boomerang. In Link's Awakening, defeating a Spark will turn it into a Fairies that replenish Link's health.
Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages
In Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages, Sparks have identical look and attributes as in Link's Awakening. They can be defeated with one hit of the Boomerang and will leave behind a Fairy.
The Minish Cap
In The Minish Cap, Sparks first appear within the Fortress of Winds. They can be defeated with the Boomerang and will drop a Fairy as a reward.

Appears in dungeons. They cling to walls and move quickly. Normal attacks may not work, but the boomerang is pretty effective. |
