The Lottery Shop is located in West Clock Town in Majora's Mask.
It is open from 6 a.m to 11 p.m. Link can pay 10 Rupees to participate in the lottery between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. by picking three single-digit numbers. After 6 p.m., the numbers are revealed and if Link has picked correctly, he wins 50 rupees. An entry is only valid on the day of purchase.
The numbers remain constant each day from cycle to cycle, allowing Link to use time-travel to cheat. In Majora's Mask 3D, the numbers are kept in the Bombers' Notebook once learned.
