(Redirected page to Cue Ball)
(After always directing pages away from here, I decided to just make it over the redirect anyway. Most places I find make it one word, not two. If there's any more official source with two words, please move this.)

Battles

Angler's Tunnel

Cueball's first appearance is in the fourth dungeon of Link's Awakening. It is found in a room filled with shallow water. Cueball is a very simple enemy; its only attack is to charge at Link, travelling in a rectangular manner around the room. It may randomly change directions in order to hit Link. To defeat it, Link must hit its back, which is its weak point. He can use the Pegasus Boots to catch up with it and attack it with his sword. Another option is to jump over it when it heads toward Link with Roc's Feather and hit its back before it has the chance to turn around. After it is defeated, Link will be able to enter the next room, and after traversing it, he will find the Flippers.

Turtle Rock

In Turtle Rock, Cueball reappears along with the other mini-bosses. This time, it is in a room with lava. Other than that, the battle does not change much from the first time; Link can use he exact same strategies to kill Cueball as he did in Angler's Tunnel. After that, Link must solve a puzzle in the next room to obtain the Nightmare Key.
