Wind Waker

Phantom Hourglass
At the beginning and end of Phantom Hourglass you can see Niko on board the Pirate Ship.
Spirit Tracks
Niko is Link's roommate in Spirit Tracks. He tells you the intro to the game. He also gives Link rewards for Stamps he collects.
