Fireproof Lizards are materials found in Breath of the Wild and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.
Appearances
Breath of the Wild
Fireproof Lizards can be obtained in large numbers while exploring the Southern Mine, where the Fireproof Lizard Roundup side quest takes place. They will run away if walked up to normally, but can be caught easily by sneaking up towards them. The use of stealth enhancing meals, or the ★★ tier Stealth Set will allow Link to approach them while trotting.
Each Lizard can be used in combination with some Enemy Drops, such as the Bokoblin Horn, to create a Fireproof Elixir.
A total of 12 Fireproof Lizards are required to upgrade the Flamebreaker Set to ★★ tier (4 for each part of the armor) alongside Moblin parts; said tier will make the set completely fireproof.
